The quality of this mat is excellent. I have no doubt that my wood floors are being protected. When the mat arrived, it was rolled up in a box, and I was concerned that I would have to turn it upside down and lay a few things on it, but it completely flattened out by itself in about half an hour. I purchased the clear mat, but it does have a very fine texture to it which I like because it's not slippery. Just be aware that if you are purchasing a mat with a "lip" that it reduces the area that your chair rolls on. For example, I purchased a mat that's 36" x 48" but since the lip (the part that goes under the desk) is 9 1/2" x 20" the area of the mat that the chair rolls on is only 36" x 38 1/2". This size is perfect for me because my desk is in a small space with a wall behind me, but if you have more space and like to roll in your chair from your desk to let's say the file cabinet, you may want to purchase a larger mat. I've had my mat for about two months now, and it's as good as new. I think it will last many, many years.

This chair mat has worked out great for the price I paid for it. It protects carpet and hardwood flooring just as well as more expensive mats I had purchased at the local office supply store. It was shipped and arrived ahead of schedule without any of the issues I had read about in previous reviews. Overall money well spent.

This item was as described, and the size was great. Unfortunately, the size barely covered my grill with the side trays, and where there were pressure points, I had rips form this winter. Now it is ripping every time I touch it. I'll need to replace it this year.

It worked great while it lasted, but I would have expected a little more time from it.

So since I can't afford the real thing figured I'd get a cheap poster, awesome color exactly the same depicted in the picture. Was a bit wrinkled when I received it however they worked out when I put it in a frame. I'd recommend getting a frame at Wal*Mart for this...def cheaper than the ones online!

I purchased the unframed version of this poster. The colors are not quite as vibrant as in the picture, but I wouldn't call them "washed-out". The lights actually look more yellow/orange than I was expecting, since I was going for a dark, bluish picture. The poster still looks very pretty, and from across the room in a simple black frame it looks much more expensive than it was.

Most quality exercise (stability) balls usually range in price from $15 for basic entry level balls, up to $50 for heavier duty gym quality balls. These SPRI Pro-Plus Xercise balls are a great balance between cost and quality. I personally like these over Everlast, TKO, GoFit, Valeo, Reebok, and even some Gaiam (SPRI's ownership main company) balls.
These are much thicker than many other brands on the market, yet retail for about $25 or less. Ball is listed strong enough to hold up to 500lbs static weight, or 350lbs of dynamic use. Kit also includes a hand pump to keep your ball inflated at the right level.

Great for incorporating core workouts with traditional exercises. Also allows you to increase the intensity of workouts and improves balance. I have used mine for stretching, core exercises, squats and lunges, and push up variations. It also can make a difficult base "bench" for presses with barbells or dumbbells.

I bought a cheaper brand first and had to return it due to a worthless pump. This pump is slow, but simple and works fine, and the ball seems strong and durable. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I would recommend this ball.

A note about size: the size recommendations based on your height are only useful if you are sitting on the ball. I got this for ab workouts and I like the 55cm size even though I am 6'4", because it has a tight radius that allows my back to arch and get a good range of movement. If crunches are your primary use, I would recommend this size for a person of nearly any height.

I purchased a ball for $10 from Wal Mart and didn't feel it had any stability and was very flimsy. The gym I use trains with the Spri brand so I thought this would be similar if not the exact ball. The quality was great, but unfortunately this is not the size I am used to hence the 3 star rating.

I am 5'5' and the recommended size is 55, but the 55 in my gym and the 55 I am looking at are 2 different sizes. I am sending this one back and ordering a 65 instead. I am not sure if they have a different product line that they use for professionals, but I am very disappointed.

This ball inflates to roughly double the size of a beach ball, and when seated you aren't high enough off the ground to do many of the moves effectively. Forget doing bridges, you might as well do them on the ground for all the height you get.

We saw this coffee maker in Bed, Bath & Beyond for $700 and was able to purchase significant lower on Amazon with a $100 rebate!! Was an early Christmas gift for moving into our new house and it makes wonderful coffee and looks great sitting on the counter. It may not be the most silent coffeemaker out there. We always try to buy American but could not find a coffee machine made here. This one is made in Italy and not China, good quality and easy to use!

I've had mine since September of 09. I clean it when it tells me to (more or less). I'm no expert on what espresso should taste like...but my friends rave at how great my Caramel Macchiato tastes and compare it to Starbucks all the time. I've become very good at making them. The thing looks great on my counter (especially with my syrup bottles right next to them).

The drip tray is a bit difficult to clean. There are some spots that are difficult to get a towel or a brush into because of the design of the tray. I've been meaning to buy a small flexible brush of some kind in order to clean it more effectively.
